Heavenly promenade - Biokovo and Skywalk

 The horseshoe-shaped lookout above the cliffs in the Ravna Vlaška area has a glass surface on which walking above the cliffs adds a new dimension to the attractiveness of the natural location. The celestial promenade is located at an altitude of 1228 m above sea level where the weather conditions are specific.

Immediately after its opening in July 2020, Skywalk Biokovo became one of the most visited attractions in Croatia due to this extreme component.

At the opening of the promenade, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia Andrej Plenković said: "This modern and great and architecturally fascinating project is a new attraction that provides a unique opportunity and an incredible experience of walking in the sky."

And just a few more details. The opening hours of the entrance gate to the Biokovo Nature Park are from 6 am to 8 pm, while the last entrance of the vehicle to the Biokovo Nature Park is closed at 3 pm. Due to the great interest, passing vehicles at the entrance to the park is for 25 vehicles every full hour. You will also buy a ticket to the park at the entrance ramp, and some groups get discounts. From the entrance to the park to the lookout point "Skywalk - Heavenly Promenade Biokovo" leads "Biokovska cesta", and it takes approximately 30 minutes drive. The road is operated at your own risk.
